Products & Orders

Bright & Bold Swim offers children's swimwear designed for high visibility and water safety. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Order confirmation via email does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Bright & Bold Swim does not store full payment card details.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Bright & Bold Swim is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at brightandboldswim@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items and final-sale products are not eligible for return.
